May monthly running total is currently 70km. Slightly less than usual due to bad weather mid-month, plus I’ve dropped individual runs down to 5–7km. Aiming for 100km as a loose target, but I don’t want to be a slave to the numbers.

Apparently journaling is trending in the US. I feel like I’ve read about morning pages somewhere before. Journaling (= life logging) is a field I’m personally interested in too — I wonder if I could build something around it. I’d like to see a physical copy of the Hobonichi Techo.
